Question 1

Do you offer IT support without a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plenty of our work is hourly or per-visit with no ongoing commitment. If you'd rather have predictable monthly coverage we can set that up, but it is not a requirement for us to take your call.

Question 2

Do you do desk moves on evenings and weekends?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is usually the better option. Moving desks during business hours means people sitting idle. Scheduling the move for a Friday evening or a Saturday means everyone comes in Monday to a working setup.

Question 3

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?

Accepted Answer

Often that is the best arrangement. An internal person who knows the business handles daily requests, and we come in for the specialist work: firewall changes, server migrations, office moves, or covering vacations.

Question 4

Do you support Macs as well as Windows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mixed environments are normal in New York offices, and we support both, along with the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace layers that sit on top.

Question 5

What size companies do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Small and mid-size offices are our core work, from a handful of people up to a few hundred seats. We are well suited to small and mid-size projects rather than multi-year enterprise programs.

Question 6

What does IT support cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on which of the three arrangements fits: hourly and per-visit, a flat monthly plan, or a fixed price for a defined project. We give you a written quote before any work starts, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
